PEARL Elects New Board of Directors Adds 'Service Organization' Membership Class June 2011 Also available in PDF format.
Aurora, CO. During the association's recent annual meeting held in Portland, PEARL members elected a new Board of Directors and voted to expand membership to electrical service organizations.
PEARL's newly elected Board of Directors include:
PEARL's Board of Directors serve 1-year terms with elections held each year at the annual meeting.
PEARL members also voted to expand membership to include a new Service Organization member category. The new Service Organization category applies to all electrical service companies that have a permanent facility for electrical reconditioning. Members of the Service Organization class have full Voting Member privileges and rights. In addition to a permanent reconditioning facility, Service Organization members must meet all other PEARL member requirements, such as a minimum of $1 million in annual sales, adhere to PEARL standards and Codes of Business Practice. Service Organization member do not need to meet PEARL's inventory requirement for Voting Members.
