Among other requirements, PEARL members must: have annual sales exceeding one million dollars, have a minumum of two million dollars in liability insurance, and have at least three hundred thousand dollars in inventory. Only product bearing the PEARL Quality Seal (blue or green) offers assurance that the product has been reconditioned or inspected and tested to PEARL standards.
